This Cookie Policy explains how ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on mcommerce365.com (the "Site"), the marketing website for mCommerce365, our B2B mobile field sales application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function, remember preferences, and — with your consent — understand how visitors use a site or support advertising measurement. We also use browser local storage for cookie consent preferences.

3. How we use cookies on this Site

We group cookies and similar technologies into three categories:

• Essential — required for basic Site operation; always active.
• Analytics — help us understand Site usage via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity; optional and off by default.
• Marketing — support advertising measurement and relevant campaign analytics; optional and off by default.

4. Essential cookies

Essential cookies and storage are necessary for the Site to work securely and to remember your cookie consent choices. They cannot be disabled through our consent banner because the Site would not function correctly without them.

5. Analytics cookies (GA4 & Microsoft Clarity)

Google may set cookies such as _ga and related identifiers. Google acts as a processor and may process data in accordance with its own policies. Analytics cookies are not placed until you grant consent.

6. Marketing cookies

If you consent to marketing cookies, we may enable the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and advertising measurement technologies associated with Google Consent Mode (including ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization) to understand campaign performance and deliver more relevant advertising where applicable. Marketing cookies remain disabled unless you opt in.

7. Google Consent Mode

We implement Google Consent Mode with default settings that deny analytics and advertising storage until you make a choice in our cookie banner. Specifically, analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation are set to "denied" on your first visit.

When you accept all cookies or save custom preferences, we update Consent Mode to reflect your choices. Rejecting optional cookies keeps non-essential storage denied.

8. Consent storage

Your cookie preferences are stored in your browser's local storage under the key mc365_cookie_consent. The stored record includes your analytics and marketing choices, a consent version number, and a timestamp.

If we update our consent mechanism materially, we may reset stored preferences so you can make a fresh choice.

9. Managing your preferences

On your first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or manage settings individually. You can reopen cookie settings at any time from the Site footer or by clearing the mc365_cookie_consent entry in your browser and reloading the page.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect Site functionality.

10. Retention

Consent preferences remain in local storage until you change or clear them. Individual cookie lifetimes vary; GA4 cookies may persist for up to 24 months depending on Google's configuration and your browser settings. We review our cookie practices periodically and update this policy when needed.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our practices. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
