--- title: "References & case evidence — mCommerce365" description: "Anonymous, role-attributed field sales notes: +25% sales, −40% support, offline visits, zero re-keying — each page states the limit. Not a league table." lang: "en" canonical: "https://mcommerce365.com/references/" alternateMarkdown: "https://mcommerce365.com/references/page.md" lastModified: "2026-08-18" --- # Role-attributed evidence — with a page behind each note Anonymous field-sales evidence pages: what the metric means, which role reported it, and where it does not apply. Company names stay unpublished unless a customer has approved a logo. Read the limit paragraph on every evidence page before quoting the metric internally. These are not controlled A/B studies and not a promise that your route will move by the same percentage. ## Product facts - **ERP:** Dynamics 365 Business Central only. Not SAP, Logo, Netsis, or a second mobile database. - **Offline:** Orders continue with no signal. The device queues the document and posts it to Business Central when coverage returns. - **Go-live:** Typical path is about a week: install the extension, check master data, test, train. Dirty items stretch the calendar — we say that on the first call. - **Clients:** iOS and Android phones and tablets. Role screens, not a desktop website pinched onto glass. Five languages on this site: EN, TR, DE, FR, ES. ## How to read these notes - Buyers who want a number with a role and a limit — not a testimonial carousel - Legal and brand teams who need to know we do not publish fake store names - Anyone comparing a +25% or −40% claim: each has a page that says where it does not apply ## Evidence with a page behind it These are role-attributed outcomes from deployments we describe without naming the company. They are not a controlled A/B study and not a promise that your route will move by the same percentage. The demo is where we test against your Business Central data. - Read the limit paragraph on every evidence page before quoting the metric internally - Company names stay unpublished unless a customer has approved a logo - If you need a contractual accuracy clause, that belongs in the commercial agreement, not this hub ## Pages in this hub - [FMCG route: sales volume after go-live](https://mcommerce365.com/references/fmcg-sales-growth/) — Sales manager (Turkey): order processes accelerated, error rates dropped, more customers in the same working day. - [Adoption in about a week](https://mcommerce365.com/references/one-week-onboarding/) — Digital transformation specialist (Turkey): the interface needed minimal training; the team was active on the new platform quickly. - [Operations: zero manual re-entry](https://mcommerce365.com/references/zero-rekeying/) — Operation manager (Turkey): full ERP integration eliminated re-keying; live stock and pricing ended 'let me check'. - [Regional sales: selling without signal](https://mcommerce365.com/references/offline-uptime/) — Regional sales lead (Turkey): offline mode is what sold the region — difficult coverage, sales continue. - [Customer service: inbound drop](https://mcommerce365.com/references/support-deflection/) — Customer service manager (Turkey): self-service panel let customers track orders; support requests dropped 40% while satisfaction went up. - [Orders posted without a second typing pool](https://mcommerce365.com/references/order-accuracy/) — Site-wide claim: orders post to Business Central without manual re-entry. This page is the evidence home for that sentence. ## Questions buyers ask ### Why are the companies anonymous? Because we will not put a fake brand on a marketing page. Role, country, and the limit are on the evidence page. Named logos appear only with customer approval. ### Do you support ERPs other than Business Central? No. mCommerce365 is built as a native Dynamics 365 Business Central extension. If you do not run BC, this product is the wrong fit — we say that so you do not waste a demo. ### Is one week a contractual SLA? It is the typical path when Business Central is healthy and the scope is field order capture. Unclean items, missing owners, or a company still being redesigned add days. We scope that before kickoff — it is not printed as a guarantee on this website. ### What happens when there is no signal? The representative keeps capturing the order. The document stays on the device with a visible 'to be synchronised' state and posts to Business Central when the van hits coverage. There is no evening re-keying and no parallel warehouse database. ## Related pages - [Book a 20-minute demo](https://mcommerce365.com/contact/) - [mCommerce365](https://mcommerce365.com/) - [llms.txt](https://mcommerce365.com/llms.txt)
