This page clarifies whether third-party AI services receive personal data from the **mcommerce365.com marketing website**.

The marketing Site does **not** transmit form submissions, emails, or browsing content to a third-party generative AI API (such as OpenAI) for product descriptions or customer chatbots.

Cookie-based analytics or advertising tools, where enabled after consent, are described in the [Cookie Policy](https://mcommerce365.com/cookie-policy/) and are not generative-AI model training APIs.

## 3. Licensed Software

If a future or contracted feature of the licensed mCommerce365 application uses third-party AI, ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. will disclose the provider, data categories, and transfer safeguards to the customer under the commercial agreement and, where required, update this page or customer documentation. Until such a feature is offered to you under contract, **no AI API provider should be assumed**.

For Site enquiry data, ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. is the controller (see [Privacy Policy](https://mcommerce365.com/en/privacy/)). For data in a customer’s Dynamics 365 / mCommerce365 deployment, the customer is typically the controller.
