This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held by ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. in connection with the marketing website and sales enquiries, and how software-related data is handled.

## 3. How to Request Deletion (Website Data)

Email **app@icitech.com.tr** with subject **“Data Deletion Request — mCommerce365”**. Include enough information for us to locate your records (for example the email address you used to contact us).

We acknowledge requests promptly and complete deletion or confirm lawful retention within **30 days** (or the period required by GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable).

## 4. Software / Customer Environments

Personal data inside a customer’s **mCommerce365 / Dynamics 365 Business Central** deployment is controlled by the **customer organisation**. To delete employee or operational data in that environment, contact your company’s administrator first. ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. will assist according to the commercial agreement and documented instructions.

We do not operate a public WhatsApp commerce database of “buyer” end-customers through this marketing Site.

## 5. Data We May Retain

We may retain limited records where required by law or for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims (for example invoice-related correspondence under applicable commercial record rules), for the necessary period only.
